Please note, Oils are handmade and are made to order. Also, with this being a skin care product there are no returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have questions on this policy.

*RETURNS*

Unfortunately, this option is currently unavailable due to the current pandemic. To keep both our customers as well as our team safe. We apologize for the inconvenience. This option will be enabled as soon as time permits.

Please ensure that you are truly interested in our product before purchasing. We do not CURRENTLY offer refunds OR returns. If you receive the product and are no longer interested you have 48 hrs. upon its arrival to contact us (info@shopdreampink.com) You will then be credited with a store credit not a refund.

If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.

When you place an order with us the order has went through processing and unfortunately, we want be able to cancel the order. Please read all processing and shipping terms prior to your order.

Orders are shipped out within 2-4 Business days

 Once your order is shipped tracking details will be sent via email. Orders are normally shipped via USPS. You can expect shipping details the very day the order is shipped.
